Richard Lyster.
Richard is a former Commissioner on the South African Truth and Reconciliation Commission, currently an assessor on the Land Claims Court established under the Land Rights Restitution Act.

Linda is a former member of the Council for Aboriginal Reconciliation, a member of the NSW State Aboriginal Reconciliation Council, and the Deputy Dirctor of the NSW Department of Aboriginal Affairs.

David Kinley.
David is a consultant to the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission and co-author of a recent HREOC report on government responses to the National Inquiry into the Separation of Aboriginal Children from Their Families. David is a visiting fellow at the Law Faculty, University of NSW.

'The Need for a Reparations Tribunal in Australia'

Andrea Durbach.
Andrea is Director of the Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC). In response to the National Inquiry into the Separation of Aboriginal Children from Their Families, PIAC developed the Stolen Generation Project which has sought to identify and pursue the rights of members of the Stolen Generations.
