and related issues, co-sponsored by the NSW Department
of Corrective Services.

Bill Marshall, Emeritus Professor of Psychology
at Queens University, Kingston Ontario, Canada
Dr
Marshall has been treating sexual offenders, and
conducting research with them, for the past 35
years. Dr Marshall has assisted in establishing
and refining treatment programs for sexual offenders
in 15 countries and has over 300 publications
including 17 books.
