Presented by The Judicial Commission of New South
Wales and The Institute of Criminology, University of
Sydney.
Judge
Edmondo Bruti Liberati is the Deputy Prosecutor General
of Milan and the current President of the Italian National
Association of Judges.
The
seminar will include a panel comprising representatives
from the Local Court and the Supreme Court. The
panel members will comment on the Judge's paper and
present their own reflections on judicial independence
and the role of judges in political probity.
